DESIGNS for a new block of 76 first-class apartments on the site of the old Grenville House have recently been completed, and will be the largest single residential block at Hong Kong's mid-levels.
The serpentine shape of the block is dictated by the contours of the site, which extends between Magazine Gap Road and May Road, every apartment nevertheless having splendid view over the harbour.

The former Grenville House. which before the war was occupied by the staff of a Japanese shipping company, has been demolished.
