CARCITY of sites is a major problem in the planning of Hong Kong's expansion. Many architects consider the situation in this respect is most acute in residen- tial sites since the Government gives priority to housing, schools, and hospitals.
It is thus an achievement to fin a site with a view, and which is both accessible and within reasonable reach of the centre of the city.
A house with those enviable assets has been designed by Eric Cumine, F.R.I.B.A., in a less contemporary mood than usual.
