There are the usual entry-level rooms: Living, dining, and study. The basement has a children's romp- ing room. There are three self-con- tained bedrooms. There is a study off the master bedroom.
The cost of the house was about $50 a square foot.

POLYBOND ADHESIVE AND SEALER In the last few years there has been a revolutionary change in the building industry. Many jobs which previously were secured me- chanically are now stuck together.
Polybond is one of the latest adhesives based on polyvinyl acetate. It is non-toxic, virtually odourless and non-inflammable. Its storage life in both temperate and tropical conditions is long enough for any practical purpose. The life of Poly. bond in the open tin is also very long.
Its great advantage is that in one can is a material having varied and important uses to the building
contractor.
The uses of Polybond fall under four main headings:--
1. As an adhesive for every type of
building material. Polybond to which has been added an equal quantity (by volume) of cement plus the required water makes possible the preparation of an adhesive mix which will ensure immediate bonding between foamed plastic panels and any other type of material to give instant "garb" with up to 10 minutes for moving about for final positioning without loss of adhesion.
2. As a sealer of every type of building material prior to fur- ther decorative treatment. Poly- bond will often obviate the use of priming coats and, in many cases, undercoats for gloss paints. Work can be carried out directly on to badly peeling previously decorated surfaces with little prior work. A sealing coat of
Polybond diluted with an equal quantity of water is sufficient to hold back the deteriorating sur- face and present a satisfactory base on which to work.
3. As an additive with cement to produce concrete having vastly increased tensile strength and resistance to wear and the at- tacks of deleterious materials. Many of the compounds pro- duced in breweries and sugar factories such as yeast and sugar acids are severely damaging to
concrete.
4. As a sealer for new or existing concrete against dusting it is only necessary to apply one or more coats of Polybond diluted with one or two equal parts of water to render dusting concrete floors dust-free.
When using Polybond as an in- tegral mix the amounts of water, sand and aggregate should be in

accordance with standard building practice and according to whatever type of concrete is desired in the first instance. Polybond should be added at the rate of from 1 to 3 gallons to each standard 1 cwt. of
cement.
The 1 gallon mix is suggested for screeds thicker than ". For screeds of" or less use 3 gallons of Poly- bond per standard bag of cement.
For bonding together new and old concrete screeds it is only neces sary to apply a priming coat of Polybond water to the area. When dry a further priming coat is applied section by section and when tacky the new screed floated on. No hack- ing or keying is required and there will be perfect bond.
