The floor covering is p.v.c. tiles in bathrooms and kitchens and teak par- quet in the other rooms.
Calacatta Cremo marble is used as a wall facing in the main entrance and lift lobby, and Carrara B marble is laid for stair treads and risers.
Piling on the site took two months. Building work was started in October 1964 and was completed in January this year.
The general contractor was Hsin Chong and Co., Ltd. Piling was car- ried out by Gammon (H.K.) Ltd.
