Just drill a hole in the masonry using a Rawltool or Durium Drill of the size corresponding to the size of the Rawlplug and the wood screw.
Insert the Rawlplug until it just sinks below the surface, using the screw. Now give the screw a few turns in the centre of the plug to open it up; withdraw the screw and place the fixture in position. Re-enter the screw and tighten.
