One additional Assessor, 2 Assistant Assessors, 1 Clerk, 1 Typist and 1 Office Attendant are required to deal with the increased volume of work in the Corporation Profits Tax and the Salaries Tax Sections. The Clerical Assistants are required for a re-organization of the filing system in the Salaries Tax and Personal Assessment Sections which will enable clerks now on filing duties to be more effectively employ- ed on other work.
One Secretary Stenographer was replaced by 2 Typists during the year and the Coolie post is now re-designated as that of a Messenger.
