Chinese Consulates in Singapore and Hongkong/

2. Colonial Office have now agreed not to attach fromal
object-to-ahy former stipulations to the
opening of a Chinese Consulate General in
N.P3.
They have taken this decisio Hongkong,/on the understanding that should

officer's functions.
