Agreement dated 22nd January, 1941, between Mr. R. A. D. Forrest and Mr. E. A. von Kobza Nagy.

THIS AGREEMENT is made the 22nd day of January One thousand nine hundred and forty one BETWEEN ROBERT ANDREW DERMOD FORREST Immigration Officer of the Colony of Hong Kong (hereinafter called “the Immigration Officer ") of the one part and EUGENE ALEXANDER VON KOBZA NAGY of Shell House Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong (hereinafter called
the General Agent") of the other part WHEREBY IT IS AGREED as follows:
I. The General Agent shall supply passport-type photographs to intending immigrants and such other persons as may resort to him therefor under the Provisions of the Immigration Control Ordinance 1940 and shall distribute to such persons such forms of application for immigration documents under the said Ordinance as shall be supplied to him by the Immigration Officer and shall receive and pass on to the Immigration Officer all fees collected by him in respect of such immigration documents and shall advise applicants in all matters concerning their applications and shall assist them by translation, clerical work or otherwise in connection with such documents.
2. This Agreement shall come into operation on the morning of the Twenty-fifth day of January One thousand nine hundred and forty one and shall continue in force until terminated by either party by Three months' notice in writing given to the other. The General Agent shall certify in writing to the Immigration Officer on the Twenty- fifth day of January One thousand nine hundred and forty one that he has commenced to operate under this Agreement.
3. The General Agent shall keep such books and in such forms as the Immigration Officer may from time to time direct and in particular he shall keep a cash book and stock book.
4. The bankers of the General Agent shall be the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation and he shall keep a current account at the Bank for the purpose of this Agreement.
