Understand Prime Minister has agreed to receive families
Proposed military
evacuated from Hong Kong including military families. Unaware what particulars
have been communicated from War Office regarding military families and send you
following information in hope that it will assist your plans-
families will be embarked at Manila about 1st August in Indrapoera Slamat Johan Dewitt (the latter of which will also carry about 100 civilians) or in one ship
