5. I un erstand and verily believe that the Directors of the

Company have entirely lost control of the affairs and business

of the Company and we have made a request as one of the

shareholders to the Government of the Republic of China that

a formal application for the winding up or the said Company

should be instituted and that deceivers of such property of

the Company as can recovered be appointed.

6. None of the Directors or so far as I am aware any

executive officers of the Ching Kee tean Navigation Company

Limited is in liong Kong nor have I heard of any intention of

the Company or its Directors to appoint agents or representat-

ives of the Company in Hong Yong.

7. I verily believe that any person or firm representing

themselves as the authorised agents of the Company must be and

are in fact making false representation and I am authorised

by the Company I am representing and as such shareholder in

the said Ching Kee Steam Navigation Company limited to say

that they approve of the winding up of the said Ching Kee

Steam lavigation Company Limited and that steps should be

taken to prevent the removal of the 8.5. "ao Lee" and s.s.

An Lee" out of the waters of the Colony of liong Yong until

a duly authorised Receiver or other appointment has been made

by a Court of competent juris iction in the Republic of China.
