and truly affirm and say as follows:-
1. I am the Secretary of the China Merchants Steam Navigation Company Limited a Company incorporated under the laws of China whose office in normal times is situate at Shanghai in the
Republic of China.
2.
I know am an well acquainted with the Ching Kee team
Navigation Company Limited whose head office is at Chefoo and
is a Company incorporated with limited liability at the
Ministry of Industry under the laws of the Republic of China.
3. The said Ching Lee Steam Navigation Company Limited has a
capital of $5,000,000 and my Company under the name of Shiang
kee (
) are the registered holders of 1,500 shares of
$50 each, share scrip kos.243 to 272.
There are registered with the inistry of Communications,
Bureau of Lavigation 20 vessels in the name of the said Ching
Kee team Navigation Company Limited and of these 6 vessels
were ordered by Dircolors to be and remain in the waters of
the Colony of Hong Kong since August 1937.
