inconvenience to which your people are being put

The Governor's immediate difficulties are
of course with the "double 10th" and we have sent
him a telegram informing him about the move of the
L
1 Royals for the battalion exercise in Hong Kong
between the 15th September and the 25th October.
I hope that this will tide him over a difficult
period, and if we have a decision on the major
it point in the not-to-distant future I hope/will
be possible to get one of the artillery
regiments out to Hong Kong by the end of October.
