We suggest that clerks and typists should be billetted in the neighbourhood in order to avoid complications in housing and messing. If they have to live in, additional servants etc will be required.

In addition, one odd job man would be required for cleaning boots and doing heavy work.

(b) The cooking arrangements in the Mess should

be capable of providing all meals for all Officers and all servants. Also lunch and tea for clerks and typists.
