195th Meeting, Minute 5, the attached
Memorandum remains in draft form.
Subsequent to the Meeting, amendments
roposed by the Vice Chief of the Air
Staff were incorporated in the Revised
Draft Memorandum and a copy was
communicated to General Sir Hugh Elles.
Copies of the Revised Draft
Memorandum have not been circulated
to normal recipients.
