1 cruiser or destroyer to support landings at Sal
and Forto Grande.
Carrier borne fighter protection would be required
unless it could be assumed that no enemy aircraft are based on Sal.
Reconnaissance aircraft to be added to the garrison
after capture.
Permanent Garrison.
A small force only would be required.
