(a.) Is registered as duly qualified to practice medicine and A.D. 1886.

(b.) Is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Judicature; or

(c.) Is a barrister-at-law; or

(d.) Is a justice of the peace of not less than five ybars

standing;

Provided that a coroner being such medical practitioner shall not 10 hold an inquest on the dead body of any person on whom he has been in professional attendance within one month before the death of such person.
