6. (1.) In the following cases; namely,-
(a.) In any case in which all the parties to any proceeding before the Commissioners signify to the Commissioners their desire that all or any part of such proceeding should be heard and determined elsewhere than in London,

(b.) In any case in which, either on the application of a party to 20 any proceeding or otherwise, it appears to the Commissioners convenient that all or any part of such proceeding should be heard and determined elsewhere than in London,
the Commissioners shall hold their sittings for the hearing and determination of all or any such part of such proceeding in such 25 place or places in England, Scotland, or Ireland, as the Commis- sioners shall determine.
(2.) The expenses of the Commissioners connected with any sitting held elsewhere than in London under the provisions of this section shall be paid in the same manner as the expenses of the 80 Commissioners under the principal Act.
7. (1.) In any proceeding under the principal Act, and Acts amending it, and this Act, the Commissioners may, if they think fit, call in the aid of a specially qualified assessor, and hear and c. 57. . 28.] determine such proceeding wholly or partially with his assistance.
(2.) There shall be paid to every such assessor such remuneration as the Treasury, upon the recommendation of the Commissioners, may direct.

8. (1.) Every order of the Commissioners may be enforced as if [36 & 37 Vict. c. 48.
