E it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

PART I.—COURT AND PROCEDURE OF RAILWAY
COMMISSIONERS.

4. (1.) The principal Act, as amended by subsequent Acts, is Railway hereby made perpetual, and the Railway Commissioners (in this Act to be a court referred to as the Commissioners), as constituted by the principal of record. Act, and as continued and constituted by this Act, shall be a

(2.) One of the Commissioners, who shall be styled the Chief Commissioner, shall preside over the Court of the Commissioners as constituted by the principal Act and this Act, and shall be a person of experience in the law.
