90. A provisional scheme of a county council under this Act Regulations 5 which requires the sanction of Parliament shall be dealt with as visional

(1.) A copy shall be published by the county council within their jurisdiction in such manner as may in their opinion be best calculated to make it known to all persons interested :

(2.) A copy shall be advertised in some one of the local news- papers, or in some newspaper circulating in the county of county council, for not less than once in each of three successive weeks, and shall be left at the office of the olerk of such county council, and shall lie there for a period of not less than thirty days, and may be inspected by any persons interested, and a copy thereof shall be supplied to any person requiring the same, on payment of such sum not exceeding as the authority may prescribe:

(8.) Any person or body of persons corporate or unincorporate who feels aggrieved by such scheme may apply to the county council to modify the same, and the county council may modify the same accordingly, and any scheme so modified shall be advertised in such manner as the county council direct. (4.) A. scheme a copy of which has been so dealt with as aforesaid. may be submitted by the county counoll to the Local Govern- ment Board, and it shall be the duty of such Board to cause the same, as soon as possible, to be laid upon the table of both Houses of Parliament for not less than thirty days: (5.) The Local Government Board may or may not, as they think it expedient so to do, report on the expediency of the scheme being sanctioned by Parliament, and present such report to Parliament together with the scheme:

(6.) During the period of thirty days for which a scheme under this section lies before Parliament, either House of Parliament may pass a resolution either to the effect that such scheme shall be referred to a joint committee of both Houses, or to the effect that such scheme ought not to be sanctioned by Parliament. If during the said period of thirty days a resolu- tion is passed by either House that the scheme ought not to be sanctioned by Parliament, no further proceeding shall 23.
