3. The detachments of both companies and establishment for R.E. services detailed for duty with sections and fire commands will parade at
Dress.--Field service order with 60 rounds ball ammunition and one day's rations in haversacks, and will proceed to such stations as may be ordered.

4. The scale of baggage will be-
Officers, 60 lbs. + 10 lbs. for rations.
Other ranks, 20 lbs. + 10 lbs. for rations.

6. Requisitions for transport for baggage, camp equipment, &c., will not be required.
7. Officers Commanding companies will arrange with the officer in charge of transport as to the time and place at which transport is required.
8. The Quartermaster will take command of the reserve detachment and will remain in barracks.
(ii.) At the War Stage.
9. The Division Officer, No. 1 Division, will hand over to the Director of Public Works representative all major works and then proceed to Mainland Section as Officer Commanding detachment, Royal Engineers.
10. The C.R.E. will take on ledger charge the remainder of Royal Engineer stores drawn from A.O.D., and the officer in charge of stores will arrange to superintend the drawing.

12. The military foreman of works detailed as storekeeper at the section R.E. park will take charge of all tools and materials which arrive at section headquarters.
13. N.c.os. of the establishment for R.E. services will be detailed by the Staff! Officer, R.E., to act as storekeepers at the R.E. parks, and will take over those tools and stores at:-
Belchers
Lyloners held in peace by R.G.A.
Sanitarium.
Stonecutters.
Kowloon.
