7. To Rig Net Defence for Kowloon Camber.-One C.P.O., 4 riggers, and 10 coolies proceed to Kowloon Camber by means of launch from the department of the Com- mander (N).

8. To Launch Floats, Reeve, Jackstays, &c., for Hong Kong Yard.-One P.O., 1st class, 15 labourers, and 20 coolies (after launching "Tamar's" buoy).

9. To lay Moorings for Net Defence of Naval Dock.-First Chargeman of Riggers with mooring lighter (after unmooring "Tamar"). Lighter to be towed by the same boat that brought off" Tamar's" buoy.
