Notes:
Figures refer to December of the year. Figures in brackets refer to percentage changes over the same period of the preceding year. As from 2016, the Real Wage Indices are derived by deflating the Nominal Wage Indices by the 2014/15-based CPI(A). To facilitate comparison, Real Wage Indices prior to 2016 have been recompiled using the 2014/15-based CPI(A).
(1) 'Accommodation services' refers to hotels, guesthouses, boarding houses and other establishments providing short-term
accommodation.
(2) Figures refer to all industries covered by the Wage Enquiry of the Labour Earnings Survey, including the electricity and gas supply industry, sewerage and waste management activities industry and publishing activities industry, the statistics of which are not shown separately.
Change within ±0.05%.
