(2) 'Accommodation services' refers to hotels, guesthouses, boarding houses and other establishments providing short-term accommodation.

(3) For construction sites, 'establishments' refers to the number of sites while 'persons engaged' refers to manual workers only. Manual workers

at construction sites include skilled, semi-skilled and general workers.
