按每持有十股股份可獲發一份一九九六年認 股權證之基準向股東發行23,317,072份認股 權證。一九九六年認股權證賦予持有人權

利,可於一九九四年七月一日至一九九六年

六月三十日(包括首尾兩日)期間按每股港幣 10.20元(可予調整)之價格認購本公司合共港 幣237,834,134元之股份。由於一九九四年進

行供股,自一九九四年九月十六日起,一九

九六年認股權證之認購價經調整至每股港幣

9.35元。

1996 Warrants

On 17 June 1994, a bonus issue of 23,317,072 warrants was

issued to shareholders in the ratio of one 1996 warrant for

every ten shares held. The 1996 warrants entitled the holders

to subscribe from 1 July 1994 to 30 June 1996 (both days

inclusive) for shares of the Company at a price of HK$10.20

(subject to adjustment) per share, totalling HK$237,834,134.

As a result of the rights issue in 1994, with effect from 16

September 1994, the 1996 warrant subscription price was

adjusted to HK$9.35 per share.

本年度內,由於一九九六年認股權證之行

使,本公司以每股港幣9.35元發行8,445股,

合共收取港幣78,961元。於結算日,所有尚

未獲行使之認股權證已告失效。

During the year, as a result of the exercise of 1996 warrants,

the Company issued 8,445 shares at HK$9.35 each for a total

consideration of HK$78,961. At the balance sheet date, all

unexercised warrants had lapsed.
