Saigon to Hongkong, 10- cents nominally; to one port Philippines, 28 to 27 cents according to size; to one port north coast Java, 23 cents per picul. Iloilo to Hong- rong, 20 cents is obtainable for small carriers, Coal freights are firm. Moji to this, $2.10, to Singapore, $2.80 to $3 per ton. Sailing vessels: The British barque Haniburg has been chartered to load here for New York and the British barque Forfarshire for London, terms private. The follow- ing are the settlements :-
