Bisset & Co.'s Report),-Business has been chiefly done in Shanghai and Hongkew Wharf and Langkat Tobacc, shares, although soine attention was given to Cotton Mill shares. The Directors of the Shanghai Tug Boat Co. have bave declared a third interim dividend of 6 per cent. payable on the 20th curent. Banks.- Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation. A cash sale was made at 345 per cent. premium, -Marine Insurance.-- No busines r, orted. Ship- ping-Indo-China S, N. shares changed hands at Tis. 61 for the 34th curent, and for March and April at Tls. 66. There are sellers at the close. China Mutual S. N.
