of resolution. The former Director of Urban Services, Ms. Elaine CHUNG Lai-kwok, had been the Deputy Secretary of the Works Bureau before she was posted to the USD. She spent only 3 years to complete the project of the Convention and Exhibition Centre for holding the reunification ceremony. Many problems can be solved if the Government has the determination to do so. Lastly, I would like to thank the colleagues again for supporting my motion. Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
