RESOLVED that the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Civic Centres) (Amendment of Thirteenth Schedule) Order 1997 be made under section 105M of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Chapter 132.

The purpose is to amend the Thirteenth Schedule of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Chapter 132 to set aside the Salisbury Garden, which is appurtenant to the Hong Kong Cultural Centre, as part of a Civic Centre in the Provisional Urban Council area.

RESOLVED that the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Public Pleasure Grounds) (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) (No. 4) Order 1997 be made under section 106 of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Chapter 132.

The purpose to amend the Fourth Schedule of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Chapter 132, to include two new venues viz. Ap Lei Chau Park and Lok Wan Street Park, and to delete one existing public pleasure ground viz. Urban Council Chambers Rest Garden.
