'Resolved that the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Public Pleasure Grounds) (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) (No. 3) Order 1996 be made under section 106 of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Cap. 132.'
He said (in Cantonese):-As Chairman of the Recreation Select Committee, I rise on the motion standing in my name:
'Resolved that the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Public Pleasure Grounds) (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) (No. 3) Order 1996 be made under section 106 of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Cap. 132.'
The purpose is to amend the Fourth Schedule of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Cap. 132) to include 2 venues, viz Yee Shing Lane Temporary Sitting-out Area and Ma Chai Hang Recreation Ground, and to delete 2 existing public pleasure grounds, viz Foo Kwai Street Sitting-out Area and Sheung Yuen Leng Village Temporary Sitting-out Area.

(a) the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Civic Centres) (Amendment of Thirteenth Schedule) Order 1996 be made under section 105M of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Cap. 132; and
(b) the Designation of Museums (Amendment) Order 1996 be made under section 105G of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Cap. 132'
