'RESOLVED that the Designation of Libraries (Urban Council Area) (No. 2) Order 1996 be made under section 105K of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Cap. 132.'

'RESOLVED that the Designation of Libraries (Urban Council Area) (No. 2) Order 1996 be made under section 105K of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Cap. 132.'

The purposes of the Order are to designate the premises on the third floor of Urban Council Smithfield Complex, 12K Smithfield Road, Kennedy Town, Hong Kong and the premises on the third floor of the Urban Council Wong Nai Chung Complex, 2 Yuk Sau Street, Happy Valley, Hong Kong as libraries and to amend the Schedule of the Designation of Libraries (Urban Council Area) Order 1986.

Mr. Chairman, I so move.
