*RESOLVED that the Pleasure Grounds (Urban Council) (Amendment) Bylaw 1995 be made under section 109A(5) of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance Chapter 132.'

In April, the fees and charges for the use of bowling greens and obstacle golf courses have been determined by the Standing Committee of the Whole Council. For the purposes of tidying up the legislation, it is necessary to repeal items 6 and 10 in Part II; item 4 in Part IV and item 3 in Part VI of the Schedule to the Pleasure Grounds (Urban Council) Bylaws (Cap. 132 sub. leg.).

The Abattoirs (Urban Council) (Amendment) Bylaw 1995 repeals the fees payable for the slaughter of food animals at the Council's Cheung Sha Wan Abattoir as specified in Schedule 2 to Abattoirs (Urban Council) Bylaws with effect from 1 July 1995.
