2. Ms. Grace Au Yuk-har, Vice-Chairman of the Recreation SELECT COMMITTEE, moved the following motion:-
'RESOLVED that the Stadia (Urban Council) (Amendment) Bylaw 1995 be made under section 105D of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Chapter 132.'
She said (in Cantonese):- As Vice-Chairman of the Recreation Select Committee, I rise on the motion standing in my name:
'RESOLVED that the Stadia (Urban Council) (Amendment) Bylaw 1995 be made under section 105D of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Chapter 132.'
The purpose of the amendment is to strengthen the control of public behaviour, sale and consumption of intoxicating liquor inside stadia in the urban area. It shall come into effect from 1 December 1995.

Mr. Joseph Chan Yuek-sut, CHAIRMAN OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH SELECT COMMITTEE, moved the following motion (in Cantonese):—
He said (in Cantonese):-
'RESOLVED that the Food Business (Urban Council) (Amendment) (No. 2) Bylaw 1995 be made under section 56 and 56B of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Chapter 132.'
Mr. Chairman, as Chairman of the Public Health Select Committee, I rise to move the motion in my name to enact the Food Business (Urban Council) (Amendment) (No. 2) Bylaw 1995.
The above amendment by-laws, made under section 56 of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Cap. 132, now before the Council will, when adopted, provide for the issue of provisional licences for restaurants and require licensees of food businesses to display their licences.
These amendments will facilitate improvements to the restaurant licensing system and provide information to the public on the licensing status of a food business. They have been carefully studied and endorsed by the Members of
