The 1000-men electoral college shall vote for the Chief Executive from the nominations of the nominating committee.
Half of the members of the electoral college should be elected by the citizens of the Special Administrative Region.
The electoral college shall be responsible for nominating 3 candidates one of whom will be elected the Chief Executive of the SAR by universal suffrage.
