HINKING in terms of winter, time of parties, it's only natural

to look to Paris for what it has to give us in the way of evening glamour. It has plenty.

Not ju years has there been so much romantic elegance. You will wear flowers and ribbons, dresses of salin and tulle, velvet and lace. In fact, I will be nobody's fault but your own if you are not breath-taking and beau-catching a you swing into the
