Prague, July 3.-The Czechoslovak Minis- ter of Education, M. Zdenek Nejedly, today issued a warning of punitive action against bishops of the Catholic Church.

He said that if the Czechoslovak bishops continued their present policy they would "come to the same end as the February enemics" (a reference to the anti-Communist politicians at the time of the Communist coup in February, 1948).
