NO LICENCE WILL RESULT IN HEAVY PUNISHMENT

A severe warning to traders that, in future, possession of and dealing in uncrushed empty shell and cartridge cases without a licence would make them liable to a fine of $1,000 plus three years' hard labour, was issued at Kowloon this morning when six firms were summoned before Mr Blair-Kerr.
