THE Nanyang Cotton Mill, the biggest concern of its kind in Hongkong, was officially open- ed last wook by the Colonial Secretary, the Hon. D. M. MacDougall. Occupying an area of 60,000 square foot at Tokwawan, Kowloon, the mill, in full operation, will employ 600 workers.
