Here are some of the new hats from Paris and London that you will be seeing, Except for a few firm felt hats, widths have departed; instead, there are pretty .or crazy versions of the classics-the toque, the baret, the pillbox. Fur and softly draped velvet are very popular in Paris, especially warm amber, ruby and gold tones, and moss and olive green velvet.
