Many Factors Involved
It is realised of course that many. factors have been working to draw' the United States and Britain even closer together in general policies.
One aspect of the meeting which hus alfräcled particular attention was the amount of time that the two lenders have apparently been able to devote to the discussion of post- war problems despite the attention they have also given to winning the war as quickly as possible.
One thing certain is that the coming together of two of the out- slanding men of the hour has com- pletely captured and inspired the imagination of the public of Great Britain and has provided an immense encouragement and impetus to the personal war effort of every English-
man.
