BANGKOK, Mar. 9 (UP)—À Thailand High Command com- munique issued to-day revealed that the Japanese Government had been informed that French troops violated the Thal-Indo- China armistice agreement at three points on the frontier last Friday and Saturday, which, claimed the communique, threaten- ed the success of the Tokyo mediation discussions.
