Japanese Precautions Against Espionage

TOKYO, Feb. 4 (Domel)—The proposed national defence security act is aimed at extirpating allen espionage activities in Japan instead of controlling the Japanese people, a spokesman of the War Office told the House of Representatives' committee dealing with the national defence security bill to-day.
