Nazi Fury At Eden's New Appointment

A "Pathological Hatred"

LONDON, Dec. 23 (Reuter).An outburst of, wrath in the German press greeted the appointment of Mr Anthony Eden as Foreign Secretary.

Tlie "Boersen Zeitung" writes: "With Eden there comes to the Foreign Oflice a man whose activities have been dictated by pathological hatred of the authoritarian States. With this ap- pointment, London expects improvement in British-Russian rela tions and a stiffening of attitude to Japan, Spain and other mombers of the Axis.

"The answer to these illusions will be a crushing one. All these nutions, including the Soviet, will only sce the true face of England more clearly for the appointment of Eden."
