MUSSOLINI HURLS THREATS HITLER
AGAINST GREAT BRITAIN

ROME, Nov. 18 (UP)—In his speech here to-day Signor Mussolini declared that Italy is holding eight-' ninths of its fighting forces in reserve.
With regard to the British claims of the damage done at Taranto, he said: "One of the ships is seriously damaged and will be repaired only after a long time. The other two will be -repaired quickly."
