ARMED ROBBERS RUSE

The four-yard train of Miss Vivian Kenyon-Slaney fared badly when she was married recently to the Earl of Hopetoun, at Westminster Abbey, Whan the bride-to-be arrived, a gust of wind wrapped the train around her escort, and several minutes were spent dis- ontangling the obstruction. As the bridal pair left the Abbay after the ceremony, the train once again held up proceedings by becoming attached to a wreath. A page rescued the offending garment and the bride continued without further embarrassmont.
