PARIS, Sept. 7 (UP).—Heavy German reinforcements are now apparently being rushed up to the threatened Saar region.

Communique No. 8, issued at 9.12 p.m. (4.12 a.m. H.K.T.) states that the German lines have been reinforced on the front between the Rhine and the Moselle Rivers.

The communique adds: "The arrival of new forces from the interior of Germany has been signalled to our forces.”
