Marlene Dietrich In Normandie "Scene"

NEW YORK, June 14.

JUST as Marlene Dietrich the film star, with her husband was about to sail for Europe to-day, Inland Customs of ficials boarded the liner Normandie and seized Marlene's luggage for alleged un paid income tax.

The film actress strenuously denied that she owed any, and the Normandic was held up in the hope of a settlement being reached, but after some hours no agreement was discernible.
