Chamber Of Commerce Urges Action

Reference to traffic noises is made in the annual report of the Hongkong General Chamber of Commerce, which says that during the past year the attention of both the Commissioner of Police and the Hongkong Automobile Association had been drawn to the subject.

The Commissioner of Police stated; that special attention had been given to the qucation and that prosecutions had been undertaken whenever the

When it was given out not so long ago in a semi-official Gennan naval handbook that sho would mount her guns in groups of tour, and other details, there was a hubbub in the House af Commons.

Members wanted to know why the Germana could print "secrets" when information was kept from the people of this country.

Now as for her guns. Probably she will have ten or twelve 141n, guns arranged in groups of four. Don't listen to the foolish who want to know why she hasn't got 16in. guns. Size is not the essence of strength.

Most vital secret of the Prince of Wales will be her speed. You may take it she is likely to be capable of considerably more than the 30 knots offelally given out as her maximum.
