St. George's Plate, the first classic handicap of the season since the Annual Carnival, and eight other events, feature the programme of the Third Extra Race Meeting of the Hongkong Jockey Club to be held to-morrow at Happy Valley. The first saddling bell will be rung at 1.30 p.m.
