The King Will Take His Crown To Canada The Queen Will Wear Hers Too-With Koh-i-noor

Fashion Secrets Closely Kept

WHEN the King and Queen go to Canada in the spring it has been decided that they shall take royal crowns with them. This will be the first time in history that British Crown Jewels have crossed the Atlantic.

Most likely the crown to be taken by the King will be the Imperial State Crown, which has been altered to suit and which he has already worn three times.

WAGES OF WIVES?

Two elderly women sliting in front of me looked crestfallen when they were told that Mrs. Normonton does not agree with wages for wives.

"Such an idea is all against the spirit of marriage," said Mrs. Ner- munton, who told them that marriage is an equal partnership.

"I think it would be wrong to advocate putting wives on the same level us a pold employee with this difference, that she has a contract for life and cannot be dismissed.

Cure For Indigestion

If you are attacked by Indigestion don't automatically blame food.

It is probably being caused by your shoes.

Wearing the wrong type of shoe causes Indivostion, headuches, and backaches, says a recent report of the Department of Scientiae und Indus- trial Research,

Test shoes were issued to a number of people in various occupations, and their effect on health studied.

The experiments are to be continu- ed and results tabulated.
