It was revealed that the Japanese Consul-General, Mr. Yoshiaki Miura, accompanied by Colonel Hirota of the Japanese Army and Commander Mitsunobu of the Japanese Navy.. held another interview with Mr. C. S Franklin at the Municipal Council at. 2145 o'clock yesterday morning.
